Teams must upload their pitch decks below by 16 October 2024.
Submission Requirements
1) Name your file as “Team Number – [Team Name]”. For example, “210 – VitaMaterials”.
2) Please ensure your slides include the following information on the first slide:
i) Team name
ii) Project title
iii) Thematic track
iv) A 30-word max description of the project
v) Full name of team members and universities (HKU, HKUST, CityUHK, HKBU)

Please note:
- No changes allowed after your submission.
- Submissions must be in .ppt or .pdf format. You cannot submit a Canva or Shared Drive URL as substitute for your pitch deck.
- Embed any demo videos in your slides. You can also include the GitHub Repo URL (ensure you properly document your ReadMe file) or the URL to a password-protected cloud drive.
- If you fail to submit your pitch deck/slides, your team will be automatically withdrawn from the Hackathon.
- Submitted slides will be pre-loaded on a designed computer and ready during the pitch day. Teams cannot use your own computer or upload revised slides.
