Workshops and Learning Resources
Workshops will be held across all four universities from 21 September until 16 October 2024 to support you in your hackathon journey. The sessions are visible on the event calendar. Please take advantage of these learning opportunities for your personal and professional development.

Mentors / Advisors
Student teams are encouraged to find mentors to assist them with their project. Teams can approach any individual(s) or any group(s), including from academics, industry, incubation hubs, and/or community.
While not mandatory, mentors can:
- Offer valuable technical and non-technical guidance.
- Strengthen your team’s pitch.
- Become advisors if you transition to a start-up and apply for incubation and seed funding.

The Project Clinic for SDGs
The Project Clinic is an HKU student-led initiative that provides tailored, hands-on support for students developing SDG projects (UN Sustainable Development Goals). In just a year of launch, the initiative has supported 27 diverse projects and 38 project leaders in Hong Kong. For the hackathon, we offer project teams consultation sessions, mentorship, guidance, connections and more – Help you go from idea to reality. (Fun fact: We were directly supporting one of the winning teams for last year’s hackathon!)
